Circular walks around the Tintagel area from Park Farm

Footpath to Backways Cove

We've compiled a set of circular walks starting from Park Farm ranging from 2.5 to 6.5 miles, each with a route map and directions. Some are pretty much on the flat and some have some steep climbs so we've also given them a strenuousness grade. See our circular walks page for a list and a link to the page for each walk.

If you fancy something a bit shorter or easier, we've collected some of our favourite short walks of between 0.5 and 2 miles. These include iconic places such as Tintagel Castle but also some less well-known places where you're much more likely to see wildlife than tourists even in the busiest part of the Summer.

They range from leisurely "parish walks" of a couple of miles to some more heavyweight circular walks of 6-9 miles.

They are currently in realmedia format, but the BBC are moving over to using MP3 for their audio so these might soon be available in a more convenient format to take with you. In the meantime you can use media-convert.com or a downloadable audio format converter to get them onto your mp3 player.
